Non-negotiable Promise to our customers

We care about your home and the experience you have with Wunderhome.  We make the following promises to gaurantee that your home will be in the same, or better, shape when our installers leave your home and your experience with Wunderhome will have been extraordinary:

This is your bill of rights as a Wunderhome customer.

  1. Installers of Wunderhome will never enter your home without wearing shoe covers to ensure that we are not tracking dirt or mud into your home.
  2. Any tools brought into your home will be neatly stationed on a drop cloth.
  3. All of our installers will have an operational shop vac and vacuum with them to ensure they can completely clean any mess that is created during the installation process.
  4. Our installers will leave no mess behind.  All wire clippings, debris, dust, and trash will be deposited into a Wunderhome furnished waste basket and taken with the installers when they leave.
  5. All installed devices will be wiped down to remove fingerprints and dust prior to the installers leaving your home.
  6. All new remotes will be clearly labeled with the manufacturer and model number and placed into a plastic bag or box and given to the customer.
  7. All new device manuals will be placed into a plastic bag or a three ring binder (for larger jobs) for easy access and protection.
  8. All wiring will be clearly labeled and the client will be given a list of inputs or an as built drawing (for larger jobs).
  9. All boxes and packing material will be neatly placed in a place of the customer’s choosing.  Customers are encouraged to retain all boxes for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period.  If the customer wishes to have the boxes disposed of, our installers will take the boxes with them to be disposed of offsite.
  10. Our lead installer will give an overview of the system operability.  He will stay with the customer until the customer is confident that they can operate the system adequately.  Further instruction can be scheduled if the customer requests it.
